Is there a minimum amount of orders you will ship?

We love start-ups, and are happy to work with you as long as you are shipping a minimum of 50 orders per month.

Can I have my company name and logo on the outside of the box?

Absolutely! Your name is always on the return address section of the label. You can supply us with pre-printed packaging, and you can also use our Customized Branding option to set up stickers for your packages.

What should I charge my customers for shipping?

We will pass along the actual costs of shipping for you to reimburse us, but what you charge your customer is completely up to you. You can charge them actual rates if your shopping cart software accommodates it, you can tack on a "handling" charge to cover your fulfillment costs, you can charge a flat rate which may or may not cover your costs, or you can even offer free shipping and pay the costs yourself.

How does this work with Amazon?

You are free to sell on Amazon (or any channel you'd like!). If you want our help, we can ship in bulk to Amazon so that they can offer customers free Prime Shipping and send orders out one-by-one to people who buy your product on Amazon. We can also import your Amazon orders into our software and ship directly to your customers.

How does this work with crowdfunding campaigns?

What if my products require some extra attention?

We are happy to provide kitting, labeling, or bagging services as needed. Please contact us for a customized pricing plan for you.

What about returns?

We're happy to handle your returns, but we don't have to. We can set up a branded returns portal for you, in which customers can initiate their own returns and get a pre-paid label. You can then decide whether their return shipping should be covered by you or deducted from their return amount. This set up is completely optional, and we'll work with you to figure out what's best for you.

How are you saving me money, if I'm paying you to ship for me?

Good question! But we're fairly confident that if you have payroll costs involved to pack and ship your orders, if you have any costs involved in storing your inventory, or if you are paying regular postal rates to ship, then taking advantage of our volume, warehouse, and labor will actually reduce your costs. And if you're currently packing everything in your own basement… Then you'll see postage savings, but also you'll find the time savings to directly correspond to the growth of your business. You need to focus on your expertise, not on packing and shipping (that's our expertise!).

How fast do you ship orders out?

For orders placed before 11 AM EST, the package will ship the same day. For orders after 11 AM EST, it will ship the next business day. This means most orders will go out in less than 24 hours.

Where are you located?

We are in Pennsylvania, shipping out of the Reading, PA postal hub.

How long does it take to get set up and have you shipping for me?

Not long! We can have you integrated and ready within just a few days, and as soon as you can ship us inventory, we'll be ready to go!

What ecommerce shopping carts do you integrate with?

Pretty much all of them! Shopify, Amazon, BigCommerce, eBay, WooCommerce, Jet, SquareSpace, Walmart, Etsy, Magento, BigCartel, Miva, Weebly, PrestaShop, and more. Don't see yours listed? Ask us!

What kind of commitment do I have to make?

Nothing scary! You'll be on a month-to-month contract basis only. Give us a try, and if it's not working, you're free to go!

Will my customers know that you are shipping for me?

We won't tell if you won't! Nothing on the outside or inside of your packaging will have our name on it, or indicate to your customer in any way that the package didn't just leave your hands personally.

What shipping methods do you use?

We ship via UPS, USPS, and FedEx to find the best possible rates for you.
